Senior Finance Manager
The Senior Finance Manager will play a central role in the financial integrity and operational effectiveness of the firm. Reporting to the CFO, this position will take ownership of financial control, compliance, and core finance operations across the LLP and associated entities.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery of accurate and timely monthly management accounts and annual financial statements.
Oversight of internal controls, accounting policies, and risk management frameworks.
Compliance & Tax Oversight
Ensure compliance with LLP regulations, company law, and Law Society requirements.
Manage VAT, corporation tax, and partner tax obligations in conjunction with external advisors.
Corporate & Operational Finance
Financial oversight of all related corporate entities and intercompany arrangements.
Monitoring and management of operating costs, cash flow, and working capital.
Audit, Governance & Process Improvement
Act as primary point of contact for external auditors.
Drive improvements in finance processes, systems, and automation.
Manage and develop members of the finance team, promoting high standards and continuous improvement.
Candidate Profile
Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
Typically 7+ years post‑qualification experience.
Strong background in professional services, partnership, or similar environments.
Solid technical accounting, tax, and compliance expertise.
Comfortable operating in a hands‑on, evolving environment with senior stakeholder exposure.
Ambitious, energetic with excellent communication and presentation skills.
