As Supervisor you will be responsible for efficiently running your shift.
You will promote teamwork and a great customer experience
You will ensure food quality and presentation is of a high standard
You will maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant in both customer facing and back of house areas
Position Duties
This key role includes the following responsibilities:
Leading team members in efficient day to day shift operations
Ensuring greattasting, highquality food is served and exceptional customer service is maintained at all times
Listening to customer feedback and consistently working to ensure positive customer experiences
Monitoring portion control and maintaining stock levels for meal periods
Assisting with the induction and onboarding of new team members
Assisting in the training of new team members
Assisting with driving a culture of continuous improvement
Assisting with ordering of stock from various suppliers
Assisting with managing daily and weekly cleaning of the production areas, dining room and general restaurant
Assisting with ensuring safety and security standards are recognised and upheld
