Job description

The
Technical Presales Support Specialist
provides in-depth technical consulting for sales opportunities across a broad portfolio of moderate to highly complex products, channels, segments and regions, typically for the Customer Team.

Duties and Responsibilities

* Collaborate with Delivery Teams, Clients and Internal Teams to bridge the gap between the technical and commercial aspects of the sales process, providing technical expertise, developing solution proposals and demonstrating how products or services meet customer needs.
* Work closely with the sales team to identify customer requirements and develop tailored technical solutions
* Deliver product demonstrations, presentations and proof-of concepts to prospective customers.
* Translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for customers
* Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop sales collateral and case studies
* Analyse adoption trends and identify improvement areas
* Develop and implement best practices for utilising the technology to enhance the sales processes.
* Gather and analyse feedback from sales teams to inform product/services development and improvements.
* Conduct training sessions and create documentation to ensure sales teams are proficient.

Required Qualifications

* Available to work on-site (office in Santry)
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively
* Can adapt to a fast-paced, high-demand work environment
* Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Have excellent communication and presentation skills.
* 2-5 years of experience in technical sales, pre-sales, or a similar client-facing technical role
* Proven ability to understand and present complex technical solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Proficiency in creating technical documentation and solution proposals.
* Customer-focused mindset with consultative selling skills.
* Familiarity with CRM systems

Desired Qualifications

* 2 years' experience working in an IT or technical environment
