On behalf of our client, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Implementation Consultant to join their team. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in software or SaaS implementation, excellent stakeholder management abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality client outcomes.
As an Implementation Consultant, you will lead clients through the full implementation lifecycle, ensuring a smooth transition onto the platform and a positive customer experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the end-to-end implementation of the client's software solution for new and existing customers.
* Configure and tailor the platform to meet client requirements and project objectives.
* Conduct system testing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure readiness for deployment.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the implementation process.
* Collaborate with internal teams-including engineering, product, support, and sales-to ensure seamless delivery.
* Provide clear project updates, gather and address client feedback, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
* Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and documentation.
* Ensure all implementation milestones are completed within agreed timeframes.
* Identify, track, and mitigate risks that may impact project success.
* Deliver training sessions and onboarding workshops to support client adoption.
* Provide post-implementation support and assist clients with any follow-up requirements.
Required Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in software or SaaS implementation, ideally within data-driven or workflow-based platforms.
* Demonstrated ability to manage implementation projects with multiple stakeholders.
* Working knowledge of project management processes and methodologies.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Ability to understand client needs, problem-solve effectively, and translate requirements into actionable solutions.
* Experience diagnosing and resolving technical or process-related implementation issues.
* Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
* Experience working cross-functionally with technical and business teams.
* Proactive, client-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
* Strong time-management skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
