Key Responsibilities
* Supervise service to ensure an exceptional guest experience is provided.
* Ensure the venue is fully prepared for service each shift.
* Leading food service within the operating procedures as discussed and agreed with Management.
* Assist in training and developing the team to best possible experience provided to the guest as required.
* Ensuring the highest standards of presentation and cleanliness
* To deal with customer queries and complaints with the aim of ensuring customer satisfaction.
* To assist in management and training of staff.
* Demonstrates high levels of energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism.
* Responsibility of opening, cleaning and cashiering procedures as required.
