As Compliance Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that the company adheres to all regulatory requirements and maintains the highest standards of compliance across all departments. If you have a strong background in compliance, data protection, and audit, and are looking for a new challenge, we want to hear from you. About Your New Job As Compliance Officer you will conduct internal audits and gap analysis to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance, while also reporting on breaches and collaborate with the business to remediate issues. You will monitor and report on customer complaints, completing analysis reports, and assist the business with data protection queries. You will ensure compliance policies, procedures, and documentation are current, and assist with the creation of compliance-related training programs. As Compliance Officer you will ensure tasks under the Compliance Plan are completed accurately and on time, and provide compliance guidance to offer direction for all business requirements. What Skills You Need Hold CIP or a Data Protection Qualification, and ideally be working towards the Professional Diploma in Compliance. Minimum 2 years in Compliance, Data Protection, Audit, or a related role within the insurance industry in Ireland.
