Job description My client, an international leader in hospitality, seeks to hire a Meeting and Events Manager.
This role will be on-site in Galway City.
Responsibilities Plan meetings, conferences, weddings, and other events.
Create simple timelines and plans for each event.
Give advice and ideas to help them plan their event.
Work with suppliers such as catering, AV teams, decorators, and travel providers .
Agree on prices and services with suppliers.
Oversee events on the day to make sure everything runs well.
Manage contracts, invoices, and event budgets.
Requirements A degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field (or similar work experience).
At least 3 years of experience planning events .
