In your role, you’ll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets. Here’s a flavour of your day‑to‑day:
Build strong, trusted relationships with business stakeholders, providing tailored P&C advice, coaching leaders on best practice, and offering strategic guidance on complex people matters.
Manage employee relations cases (performance, misconduct, grievances), ensuring fair and legally compliant outcomes while coaching managers to effectively lead and develop their teams.
Partner with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to deliver a proactive recruitment strategy, support interviews, and ensure a positive, professional candidate experience.
Oversee and support the full employee lifecycle—from onboarding to performance management, engagement, employee relations, and offboarding—continuously improving processes and colleague experience.
Use P&C metrics, analytics, and engagement survey insights to identify trends, inform people plans, and design targeted interventions, training, and action plans with business leaders.
Lead and support talent management, succession planning, and P&C initiatives, collaborating with COEs and People Services to implement best practices, policies, and annual P&C priorities aligned to business needs.

What You’ll Bring
Minimum 3+ years’ HR experience, including coaching and partnering with line managers, with strong exposure to employee relations, performance management, and talent management.
Degree in HR or a related discipline preferred, with sound judgement, strong ethics, and the ability to manage highly confidential and sensitive matters with integrity.
Proven ability to build effective working relationships across all organisational levels; approachable, empathetic, emotionally intelligent, and possessing strong communication skills.
Highly organised and detail-oriented, able to prioritise, multitask, manage demanding workloads, analyse data, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced, agile environment.
Resilient, flexible, and solution-focused, demonstrating initiative, accountability, and adaptability in continuously changing business environments.
Strong influencing, coaching, and presentation skills, capable of translating complex information into clear, actionable insights and leading others through change.
