About the Role
The General Operative is a key team member who ensures production objectives are met while maintaining high standards of quality and safety in a regulated environment.
This involves operating machinery, monitoring production processes, and adhering to protocols designed to ensure product quality and patient safety.
Key responsibilities include preparing materials and equipment, performing manufacturing operations, documenting activities accurately, and assisting in troubleshooting and maintenance as needed.
* Preparing orders, processing requests and supply orders, pulling materials, packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area of the Warehouse.
* Operating Machines according to production schedules and quality targets.
Maintaining accurate records of work carried out and all adjustments is crucial. The General Operative must also maintain a safe and clean working environment by keeping shelves, pallet areas, and workstations tidy; complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
A strong attention to detail, good numerical skills, and effective communication are essential for success in this role.
