The company is growing and looking for you to join them on a full-time, initial 12-month contract.
The organisation is conveniently located and easily accessible via public transport.
Your new role As HR Generalist, you will report directly to the Director of Human Resources and support the HR team and wider organisation.
You will be responsible for all HR administration throughout the employee lifecycle from new starter to leaver, including but not limited to; recruitment administration and participation, statements of employment, social welfare form completion, exit interviews and leaver documentation.
You will manage inputting and maintaining data on HR systems and portals.
What you'll need to succeed In order to succeed, you will have solid experience in a similar role.
You will be relationship-driven and take ownership over setting high standards of performance and success.
You will have experience with HR Software systems and be systems savvy.
You will have experience with talent acquisition and partnering with a recruitment agency.
