Sales Representative - Food Wholesale

To cover the following counties, Donegal, Antrim, Armagh, Down, Fermanagh, Tyrone, Derry and Louth

€40,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission | OTE €44,000-€50,000

The Role

We are currently seeking a driven and personable Sales Representative to join a growing team. This is a field-based role, ideal for someone with sales experience in the food, FMCG, wholesale or foodservice sector who enjoys building relationships, managing accounts, and identifying new business opportunities.

You will be responsible for managing an existing customer base while actively developing new accounts within your territory. This role suits a self-motivated sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customer accounts

2. Identify and develop new business opportunities within your territory

3. Build strong, long-term relationships with retailers, caterers and foodservice customers

4. Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance KPIs

5. Negotiate pricing and commercial agreements

6. Plan and manage your time effectively between field sales and administration

7. Maintain accurate sales reports and forecasts using Microsoft Office tools

About You

You will ideally have:

8. Proven sales experience in foodservice, FMCG, wholesale or B2B sales

9. Strong relationship-building and customer management skills

10. A target-driven mindset with a track record of achieving results

11. Excellent communication and negotiation skills

12. Strong organisation and time management abilities

13. Confidence using Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook

14. A professional, customer-focused approach

15. Full, clean driving licence

Salary & Benefits

16. Basic Salary: €40,000

17. Uncapped Commission

18. Realistic OTE: €44,000 - €50,000

19. Lunch Allowance: €2,500 tax-free per annum
