* Take ownership of employment legal work for the UK and Ireland with a focus on EMEA region
* Support global jurisdictions as needed, including managing projects and instructing local counsel
You will be responsible for improving processes, templates, and knowledge resources while promoting compliance-focused approach. Practical solutions rather than problem escalation are key in this role.
About You
1. Candidates should have experience as a UK or Ireland employment lawyer post-qualification
Experience in advisory and litigation employment law work including employee lifecycle is required.
International employment experience but not strictly necessary - willingness to learn is essential
