Our client is seeking a UI/UX Designer to support the redesign and enhancement of key digital products.
This role will involve user research, prototyping, user journey mapping, and delivering intuitive interface designs in collaboration with development teams.
The ideal candidate is creative, user-driven, and experienced in modern design methodologies.
Key Responsibilities Develop wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and user interface designs.
Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and research workshops.
Create user journeys, personas, and experience maps.
Collaborate with product owners and developers to validate design direction.
Maintain consistent design standards, style guides, and accessibility principles.
Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback.
Support iterative design processes throughout Agile sprints.
Use analytics and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Required Experience 3+ years in UI/UX design roles.
Strong proficiency with Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
Demonstrated experience in user research methods.
Strong portfolio showcasing design thinking and problem solving.
Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design.
Desirable Skills Experience with component design systems.
Familiarity with WCAG accessibility guidelines.
Education Degree in Design, HCI, or related discipline.
