Job Description
In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for leading financial oversight of a designated portfolio of Approved Housing Bodies (AHBs) and Local Authorities. You will conduct quarterly and annual reviews assessing the AHBs' performance in terms of solvency, liquidity, covenant compliance, and long-term sustainability.
You will work closely with the relationship management team to maintain accurate risk assessments and financial risk ratings for each AHB within the portfolio. The successful candidate must have strong analytical skills and experience in managing multiple priorities efficiently to deliver timely results.
