The Role / Location
We have an exciting opportunity for a Procurement Assistant to join our dynamic team based at our head office at 33 Molesworth Street, Dublin 2.
The purpose of this role is to ensure supplier information, documentation, and processes are maintained to the highest standard, directly supporting compliance, risk management, and operational efficiency across the business.
The ideal candidate is highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role is key to ensuring smooth procurement operations and building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the end-to-end onboarding process for new suppliers.
* Ensure supplier data is accurate and aligned across internal systems.
* Monitor documentation and request updates when required.
* Maintain procurement trackers, dashboards, reports, and shared folders.
* Prepare supplier communications, approval forms, and process updates.
* Support the coordination of tender documentation and evaluation materials.
* Conduct compliance checks in line with procurement policies.
* Identify missing or incorrect information and resolve issues efficiently.
* Support audit preparation by maintaining organised and compliant records.
* Provide updates on procurement processes and requirements.
* Escalate issues promptly to support smooth operational workflows.
* Assist in scheduling supplier meetings, QBRs, and follow-ups.
* Prepare performance packs, summaries, and reports.
* Support follow-up actions, incident documentation, and performance monitoring
.
Key Skills & Competencies
* Strong organisation skills with exceptional attention to detail.
* Experience in Excel (trackers, data management, reporting).
* Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
* Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Proactive, solution-oriented, and a strong team player.
