My client is seeking an experienced Liability Adjuster to join their team, covering claims across Dublin and the East Coast. This hybrid role is based out of their Dublin 12 office and offers an excellent opportunity for a strong technical professional looking to further develop within a market-leading organisation.
In this position, you will proactively investigate and manage a range of liability claims, delivering high-quality reporting in line with client requirements and service standards. You will play a key role in assessing legal liability, policy liability and quantum, gathering evidence to support your recommendations while ensuring an exceptional level of customer service throughout.
Key Responsibilities:
* Investigate employers', public, product, and motor liability claims
* Assess legal liability, policy liability, and quantum
* Produce high-quality reports in compliance with client service standards
* Gather and analyse evidence to support claim outcomes
* Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional customer service
* Work collaboratively within the team while also operating effectively on your own initiative
Experience & Skills Required:
* Strong commercial background handling liability claims
* Previous experience in an external adjusting role (ideal)
* Relevant insurance/adjusting qualifications (APA/CIP or equivalent)
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and investigative skills
* Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
* High level of IT literacy
* Full driving licence
* Flexible and adaptable approach to workload

Hours:
