The ideal Architectural Technologist / Senior Architectural Technologist will have a minimum of 5 years industry experience, strong technical skills and full familiarity of BCAR and industry best practice. Ideally located in the heart of Dublin, close to various transport links, shops, and restaurants etc. Desired Skills, Qualifications & Experience: 5+ years of experience as an Architectural Technologist, holding an educational qualification in Architectural Technology Proficiency in BIM software desired Strong knowledge of construction detailing, building regulations, and current industry standards Proven experience working on medium to large-scale architectural projects across residential, retail, commercial or leisure Experience working through all stages of project completion, especially site is desired Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work effectively in a team, as well as independently Exceptional communication skills and the ability to liaise with all stakeholders, clients, consultants, and contractors Must hold full eligibility to work in Ireland Salary & Benefits include: Salary €55k-€65k DOE Annual Bonus Hybrid working CPD Pension Life Assurance Early finish Friday If you're a qualified Architectural Technologist with full understanding of industry regulations, contact us for further details.
