Key Role in Kitchen Operations:
Marqette, a renowned food hall and restaurant at Dublin airport, is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join their kitchen team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the head and sous chefs during service, preparing food before service, working on starters and main courses, and contributing to the training of new junior-level chefs. They will also be involved in managing kitchen health and hygiene procedures and cooking food to order.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting senior chefs with menu preparation and presentation.
* Preparing ingredients and cooking equipment for service.
* Working efficiently to meet customer demand.
* Collaborating with other kitchen staff to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
Requirements and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, candidates should have at least 2 years of chef experience and be available for a full-time permanent position. Strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure are essential.
