Site Reliability Leader
This role is a key position that oversees and directs all Maintenance and Automation engineering activities at a high-performance site.
The ideal candidate will develop world-class maintenance strategies to meet quality, service cost inventory targets while ensuring regulatory compliance.
The Site Reliability Leader is responsible for managing the budget, people development organizational objectives for the Maintenance function. They will lead coaching mentoring team members to deliver performance objectives build leadership capability. ----------------------------------- Maintenance Responsibilities:
* Develop implement maintenance strategies ensure equipment infrastructure delivers highest quality product achieve productivity uptime targets.
* Lead preventive predictive maintenance programs ensure equipment delivers required output.
