Maintenance Manager

This role offers a unique opportunity to take on a leadership position and drive performance, quality, and safety across the site.

* Key Responsibilities:
* Leading the maintenance team to ensure knowledge and skills remain at industry standards.
* Administering the CMMS maintenance program, including adding equipment, creating & updating preventive maintenance tasks, and analysing performance data.
* Monitoring the quality of maintenance across the site, conducting inspections to ensure work meets GMP and safety standards.
* Partnering with project management teams to deliver site projects on time and within budget.
* Upholding a positive, professional culture by fostering strong relationships with colleagues, vendors, and stakeholders.


Requirements:

Candidate Profile:

* Experience: Minimum 5 years in a maintenance management role (manufacturing environment preferred).
* Technical Skills: Strong knowledge across multiple trades, particularly electrical and PLC programming.
* Other Skills: Excellent leadership, problem-solving, computer, and analytical abilities.
