North Wicklow
to recruit a
Senior Recruitment Specialist
. This position will lead end-to-end recruitment across a multi-site organisation, supporting workforce planning, hiring delivery, and continuous improvement of recruitment processes. The role works closely with operational leaders and senior management to ensure staffing needs are met efficiently and compliantly.
Salary will be disclosed at prescreening stage.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from advertising and screening to interviews, offers, and onboarding.
* Oversee job postings across multiple recruitment platforms, ensuring cost-effective use of advertising budgets.
* Maintain oversight of current and future staffing requirements across multiple locations.
* Partner with site and regional leaders to support workforce planning and timely hiring.
* Provide recruitment insights and market guidance to senior management.
* Ensure compliance with pre-employment checks, right-to-work documentation, and visa/work permit requirements.
* Identify and escalate potential staffing or compliance risks.
* Support employer branding, recruitment campaigns, and hiring initiatives in collaboration with Marketing.
* Maintain accurate recruitment data and provide regular hiring reports.
* Continuously improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.
Skills & Experience:
* A minimum of 5 years experience in recruitment or a similar role
* Experience supporting recruitment across multiple locations.
* Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* Knowledge of Irish employment and right-to-work requirements would be advantageous
* Proficient in recruitment systems and Microsoft Office.
* Proactive, detail-focused, and solutions-driven.
