About This Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Social Worker to join our team in South Dublin. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social work practice, a commitment to rights-based care, and the drive to help individuals rebuild meaningful lives on their own terms.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver person-centred social work assessments supporting clients with an acquired brain injury and their families
* Provide emotional and practical support, advocating for clients' needs around adjustment, relationships, bereavement, and financial matters
* Lead safeguarding efforts for vulnerable adults and children, including risk identification and liaison with statutory bodies
* Supervise, mentor, and induct Social Work staff and students, contributing to a high-performing team culture
Requirements:
* CORU-registered Social Worker (CQSW/NQSW or equivalent)
* Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience, including 2 years in disability services
* Neuro-rehabilitation and biopsychosocial model experience (community/residential) desirable
* Experience supporting individuals with autism, physical, or sensory disabilities
* Strong communication and report-writing skills
