As a results-driven Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development of channel marketing strategies to grow sales and market share. This dynamic environment requires a strong background in omnichannel and marketing, with a focus on making a real impact.
About the Role
This key position involves developing and implementing Channel Marketing strategies, managing budgets, and leading a high-performing team to achieve KPIs across stockists and online platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
* Strategic Planning: Develop and implement effective Channel Marketing strategies to drive growth and improve market share.
* Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing team, ensuring collaboration and excellent campaign execution.
* Campaign Management: Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive sales and footfall.
* Customer Experience: Ensure a seamless customer journey across all touchpoints.
* Analysis & Reporting: Measure campaign effectiveness and use data to optimise strategies and improve ROI.
This is a permanent position, working 3 days in-office and 2 days remote, reporting to the Head of Marketing.
Requirements:
* 7+ years of marketing experience with a proven track record in channel marketing and team management.
* Strong knowledge of omnichannel and eCommerce strategies.
* Excellent communication, organisational, and analytical skills.
