Solar Asset Manager Utility Scale PV A leading renewable energy developer and operator is seeking a Solar Asset Manager to join their growing Asset Management team, based in the Dublin region with regular travel to solar sites nationwide.Take the next step in your career now, scroll down to read the full role description and make your application.This is a permanent role supporting a rapidly expanding portfolio of large-scale solar farms and offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced solar professional to take ownership of operational performance and contractor management.Duties: Manage the day-to-day performance and availability of utility scale solar PV assets.Oversee and manage EPC and O&M contractors, ensuring KPIs, SLAs and HSE standards are met.Support the handover of projects from construction and commissioning into operations.Monitor generation, investigate underperformance and drive corrective actions.Plan and coordinate planned and unplanned outages and maintenance activities.Ensure compliance with all health, safety, environmental and regulatory requirements.Produce technical and performance reports for internal stakeholders.Carry out site visits, audits and contractor performance reviews.Support continuous improvement of asset management systems and processes.Requirements: Degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related discipline.Minimum of 3 years experience in utility-scale solar PV, ideally in O&M or Asset Management.Strong understanding of solar plant performance, inverters, SCADA and HV/MV systems.Experience managing EPC and/or O&M contractors.Excellent communication, reporting and organisational skills.Full driving licence and willingness to travel to sites.Salary & Benefits: €70,000€80,000 depending on experience.Excellent Benefits Hybrid working and strong long-term career progression.If you are a Solar Asset Manager or Solar Engineer with large-scale PV experience and are open to a confidential discussion, please contact Amy Maguire.
