The Role
As a
Field Service Inspector
, you will play a vital role in ensuring equipment is
tested, inspected, maintained, and safe for use
. You will operate to high safety and inspection standards while delivering
exceptional service
to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct surveys, inspections, maintenance, and repairs according to planned schedules.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure excellent customer service.
* Accurately utilize operational systems and maintain records.
* Produce and distribute inspection and maintenance reports professionally.
* Perform assessments and repairs as required.
* Occasionally assist with workshop and assembly duties.
* Stay updated on industry standards, legislation, and best practices.
* Adhere to company health, safety, and environmental policies.
* Undertake training and professional development as required.
* Coach and mentor colleagues when needed.
Requirements
* Previous experience in maintenance, installation, service, or commissioning.
* Experience in utilities maintenance is preferred but not essential.
* EUSR Water Hygiene Card is desirable but not mandatory.
* Familiarity with lifting devices and material handling equipment is advantageous.
* Full, valid driving license.
* Strong computer skills, with excellent written and verbal communication.
* Solid understanding of health and safety principles.
