* €14.59 per hour (Counterbalance Licence)
* €15.41 per hour (VNA Licence)
Hourly rate dependent on license held
About the Role
A well-established distribution operation in Blarney is seeking a full-time Warehouse Operative to join its busy team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a Counterbalance and/or VNA forklift licence who is looking to work with a company that values hard work, team spirit, and progression.
Please note: Due to the location of the site (approx. 45-minute walk from the nearest bus stop), candidates must have their own transport.
Working Hours
* Monday to Friday
* 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM (fixed shift)
Key Responsibilities
* Picking, packing, and labelling products accurately for dispatch
* Replenishing stock and maintaining inventory accuracy
* Ensuring Health & Safety procedures are followed at all times
* Operating forklifts (Counterbalance and/or VNA depending on licence)
* Keeping the warehouse clean, organised, and safe
Requirements
* Valid Counterbalance and/or VNA Forklift Licence (one or both required)
* Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment preferred
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Good attention to detail
* Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
* Own transport essential due to location
