International Operations Leader
About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our international operations, driving performance delivery and regulatory compliance across teams in Ireland and Europe. As an experienced leader, you will be responsible for strategic partnerships, risk management, and customer success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement operational strategies to drive high-performance teams.
* Collaborate with on-location managers to ensure regulatory standards are met.
* Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and issue resolution.
* Support teams in transitioning to a blended human/digital service model.
* Monitor performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions.
Requirements:
* CIP or APA qualified in General Insurance.
* 3+ years' management experience in insurance, preferably in contact centre operations.
* Strong leadership, relationship management, and change management skills.
* Experience with forecasting, technology, and performance metrics.
* Proven communicator with a proactive approach.
