Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver direct services to young people in accordance with established policies and procedures.
* Maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and other professionals to ensure optimal outcomes for the young people.
* Build and sustain positive relationships with young people, families, and colleagues.
Requirements:
* A relevant qualification in Social Care at a minimum level of 7 is required.
* Prior work experience in a similar setting is highly desirable.
* A minimum of 6 months of work experience in the social care sector, including placement experience, is necessary.
* A valid Full Clean Driver's License is preferred.
* Familiarity with HIQA standards is essential.
* The successful candidate will be flexible and able to work across all shifts, including days, nights, evenings, and weekends.
