Channel Sales Manager - NationwideEuropcar Ireland are excited to announce the opening of this position within the B2B Key Accounts department. We are looking for an experienced new business hunter with a successful track record and the ability to successfully manage a series of allocated key accounts. This role is concerned with selling Europcar vehicle rental solutions to the business community throughout Ireland. This will involve liaising with Business Networking Groups to create an awareness of Europcar's corporate product within the business communityBuild and develop pipeline through Salesforce CRM platformSell across all service offerings, maximising service offerings to new clients and building in-depth knowledge of the new client baseTranslate customer requirements into offering specific customer benefits and solutionsAchieve quarterly and annual sales targetsUpdate manager on progress preparing daily and weekly activity reports through CRM databaseDevelop a good knowledge of Europcar service portfolio and an understanding of the car rental industry as a wholeKeep informed of industry developments, trends and competitor activitiesSales targets will be weighted to afford the successful candidate the opportunity to build a strong sales pipeline which will convert to sales over time.Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines. Responsible for own health and safety and that of other work colleagues.Undertaking ad-hoc duties.Your Skills:Ability to adapt to a changing and progressive organisationProven track record of success in winning new salesExcellent communication, presentation and time management skillsTeam player with the ability to work on own initiativeStrong Consultative Sales experience is a necessityExperience of using CRM database is a strong advantage – specifically SalesforceThe ability to cold-call and generate new business will be essentialProven negotiation skillsEducated to degree level in a business related field preferableFull, valid drivers licence with two years experienceWhy Choose Europcar?We provide a working environment for our colleagues that nurtures their career ambitions.
