We are currently seeking a highly-motivated Administration Support Grade III to join our team in CHO 1 Cavan.
Contract Type: Permanent Part-time 0.70 WTE
Contract Hours: 24.5 hours per week
Salary Scale: €27,821 to €45,090 pro rata per annum.
Salary scales are subject to LSI's (Long Service Increments)
This pay scale is subject to increases in 2026 in accordance with the recent WRC agreement towards enhanced pay adjustments in Section 39 organisations.
Annual Leave Entitlement: 30 days pro rata per annum.
Overview of the Post:
To work closely with members of the interdisciplinary team, other members of the administration team and other managers as appropriate, providing comprehensive administration support as required. Provision of efficient reception cover and will greet all visitors to the building making them feel comfortable and valued.

The successful candidate will have
Essential Criteria:
A recognised and relevant Secretarial/Administration Qualification orrelevant experience working in a similar role
A minimum of two years' experience working in a busy office environment
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook (a skills test will be conducted prior to any formal offer)
Experience of reception duties and interacting with members of the public.

Desirable Criteria:
Experience of working with Healthcare Database Software or similar system
Experience of audio typing.
Experience of working in a Health or Social Care setting
