SENIOR TRADE MARKETING MANAGER
Lead the development and execution of trade marketing strategy across a multi‑brand beauty portfolio (Premium, Masstige & Mass), driving sell‑out growth, market share and brand equity across Irish retail channels. This role sits at the intersection of Brand, Sales and Retail, ensuring best‑in‑class in‑store and online activation, strong commercial return and operational excellence.
What will you do?
Trade Strategy & PlanningDevelop and deliver annual and quarterly trade marketing plans aligned to brand and commercial objectives.Translate global brand strategies into locally relevant activation plans.Own the trade calendar (launches, promotions, key trading periods).Contribute to Joint Business Planning with key retail accounts.
Principal & Retail ManagementAct as primary trade marketing contact for brand principals.Present activation plans, performance reviews and ROI analysis.Manage co‑op and trade budgets in line with agreements.Partner with key retail customers to secure feature space, visibility and promotional compliance across stores and e‑Commerce.

Omnichannel ActivationDeliver best‑in‑class in‑store activation (POS, VM, GWP, launch toolkits).Lead digital activation with retail partners (homepage features, CRM, PDP optimisation).Ensure consistent execution across physical and online channels.
Commercial & Budget OwnershipTrack sell‑in and sell‑out performance.Analyse campaign ROI and promotional effectiveness.Own and manage the trade marketing budget.Optimise investment to protect margin and deliver growth.
Leadership & Cross‑Functional DeliveryLead, coach and develop the trade marketing team.Set clear KPIs and drive accountability.Collaborate with Sales, Brand, Supply Chain and Finance to ensure seamless delivery.
Skills & Experience Required
Experience• 7+ years in Trade Marketing, Shopper Marketing or Commercial Marketing.• Experience within beauty, FMCG or retail distribution.• Multi‑brand portfolio management across different price tiers.• Experience working with international brand principals.• Proven track record in omnichannel retail activation.• Team leadership experience.
Capabilities• Strong commercial acumen and P&L understanding.• Strategic thinker with strong execution focus.• Data‑driven and analytically strong.• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.• Ability to manage complexity and multiple priorities.
