The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient handling, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of vehicle parts and components, while ensuring a clean, safe, and organised work environment.Key ResponsibilitiesReceive, check, and store incoming parts deliveries accurately and safely.Pick and pack orders for internal departments, dealers, and retail customers.Maintain accurate stock levels using the Warehouse Management System (WMS).Carry out regular cycle counts and stock checks as required.Prepare parts for dispatch and arrange shipments through courier systems.Ensure all parts are labelled, stored, and handled to avoid damage or loss.Assist with returns processing and warranty parts handling.Maintain cleanliness and safety in the warehouse at all times.Operate forklifts, pallet trucks, and other warehouse equipment as trained.Support general warehouse and logistics activities as directed by the manager.Key RequirementsPrevious experience working in a warehouse or parts environment (automotive or commercial vehicle sector preferred).Good understanding of stock control and warehouse operations.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Basic IT skills and experience using warehouse or inventory systems.Attention to detail and accuracy in handling parts and documentation.Physically fit and capable of lifting and moving stock as required.Valid forklift licence (counterbalance or reach) is a strong advantage.Fluent English and good communication skills.Punctual, dependable, and committed to quality work.Desirable SkillsExperience with automotive parts or commercial vehicle components.Familiarity with health & safety practices in a warehouse setting.Previous use of DMS or ERP systems (e.g. Keyloop/Kerridge) for parts management.What We OfferCompetitive hourly rate/salaryPension scheme and healthcare options after qualifying periodFull training and opportunities for career developmentModern, well-equipped warehouse facilitiesSupportive and friendly team environment in a growing companyJob Type: Full-timePay: €14.00-€15.00 per hourWork Location: In person
