Job Description
The role of the instructional designer involves creating structured, engaging training materials that meet the needs of adult learners. This includes partnering with subject matter experts to gather content and define learning objectives.
* Partner closely with the Technical Learning & Skills Manager (TL&S) to develop a comprehensive understanding of organisational needs and goals
* Design and develop interactive, learner-friendly courses that cater to diverse learning styles
* Create complete training packs including trainer guides, participant guides, slide decks, and supporting materials
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in instructional design for classrooms and virtual instructor-led training. They should possess excellent project management skills as well as strong interpersonal abilities.
