Project Coordinator Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of projects from initiation to completion.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, implement and deliver projects according to agreed timelines, budgets and quality standards.
* Manage project teams covering engineers, quantity surveyors, site managers and subcontractors.
* Maintain accurate project documentation throughout the full project life cycle.
* Develop effective plans, client management strategies and financial management approaches.
* Oversee all aspects of health and safety and ensure that projects are delivered on time, to budget and quality expectations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have:
* A strong background in mechanical or electrical engineering with at least 5 years' experience in project/site management.
* Demonstrable experience delivering MEICA projects with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and budgets.
* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills with a good understanding of technical, commercial and contractual processes.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
