2. To oversee the Performance Management Programme, ensuring timely completion and alignment with business goals.
3. To create an Annual Training Plan that enhances employee skills and knowledge within budget constraints.
4. To drive systems and procedures that facilitate seamless communication across the organization.
5. To manage compensation, benefits, and HR team performance in line with business needs.
