Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie / Grill Chef to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will bring strong culinary skills and a genuine passion for producing high-quality dishes. In this role, you will support daily kitchen operations, prepare grilled dishes to order, and uphold excellent standards of food quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and cook grilled meats, seafood, and vegetables to a consistently high standard.
* Ensure all dishes are presented accurately and to the required quality.
* Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workstation in line with food hygiene regulations.
* Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering as required.
* Work closely with the Head Chef and wider kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
* Follow all health, safety, and food hygiene procedures at all times.
Requirements
* Previous experience as a Chef de Partie, Grill Chef, or in a similar role.
* Strong knowledge of grilling techniques and food safety practices.
* Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple orders at once.
* Good communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.

Working Hours
40–42 hours per week over 5 days.

Pay: €17.00-€19.00 per hour
