Two fantastic job opportunities have presented in a legal practice in Co. Cavan An Experienced Legal Assistant and Experienced Receptionist.
Full time and part time options are available, Monday to Friday The successful candidates will have 4+ years legal practice experience with excellent organisational and communication skills.
Experience in case management systems is essential.
Other skills required are digital dictation experience, excellent computer skills, including proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook.
Attention to detail with experience in producing and amending legal documents and letters.
File management, document scanning and filing.
Skills Required: Strong attention to detail Strong IT skillsets to include experience using Microsoft Office Systems Excellent administration skills and an ability to prioritise work.
A professional manner and excellent communications Ability to confidently communicate with clients at all levels Excellent professional etiquette Excellent communication skills and a team player Fluent in written and spoken English Excellent organisational and time keeping skills Ability to adapt to a fast paced, hands-on environment
