Community Support Specialist
We are looking for a skilled Community Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting our clients' communities and resolving inquiries in a timely and empathetic manner.
Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service, respond to user inquiries with high quality, speed, empathy, and accuracy, and utilize relevant data to develop ways to improve the overall user experience on the site.
* Assist our client's community and help resolve inquiries
* Become knowledgeable about client's products and community standards
* Makes well-balanced decisions and personally driven to be an effective advocate for our community
* Strong interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills, and most importantly empathy
* Investigate and resolve issues that are reported on client's platform
Requirements:
* Proficient in Russian and English languages
* Cultural understanding of the market
* Experience in working in an office environment is preferable
* Extremely reliable, consistent, and hard-working
* Passion for ensuring a positive, safe user experience

* Location: Dublin
* Contract type: Permanent
* Work model: Onsite
* Working hours: Monday to Sunday (5x7), Day shift or Evening shift
