What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Collaborating with development teams to design, implement, and optimize highly available, scalable, and secure cloud solutions on AWS.
2. Automating infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using tools like Ansible and Terraform.
3. Developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins to streamline deployment processes.
4. Monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing AWS infrastructure and services for maximum performance and reliability.
5. Ensuring security best practices and implementing access controls using IAM, KMS, and other AWS security services.
6. Creating and maintaining infrastructure as code (IaC) with CloudFormation or Terraform for consistent deployments.
7. Driving continuous improvement by automating processes, adopting new tools, and refining workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
What We're Looking For:
1. Strong background in Linux administration and managing large-scale systems.
2. At least 6 years of experience in designing, deploying, and maintaining AWS infrastructure, including services like API Gateway, DynamoDB, Lambda, IAM, KMS, and CloudFormation.
3. Hands-on experience with automation and configuration management tools such as Ansible or Terraform.
4. Proficiency in version control systems like Git (we use GitHub).
5. Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or similar tools.
6. Effective collaboration skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
7. AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are highly preferred.
