## **YOUR ROLE**We are seeking a Program Manager in an Application Management Services (AMS) setup, particularly when focusing on bespoke (customized) projects, to act as the vital bridge between client-specific requirements and standard application maintenance procedures. You will be responsible for delivering tailored solutions, driving complex case analysis, managing specialized resources, and ensuring high-quality, zero-defect outputs while leading a team of analysts.**Key responsibilites of the role:*** Customization & Requirement Management: Translating bespoke client requirements into technical specifications, and managing the design, building, and configuration of applications to meet unique business processes.* Case Analysis & Solutioning: Driving the analysis on complex, non-standard cases and leading the resolution of complex issues, rather than just handling routine support requests.* Project Planning & Monitoring: Creating and managing project schedules, milestones, and work breakdown structures (WBS) specifically for the customized development or enhancement.* Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Acting as the primary point of contact with client delivery teams to manage expectations, provide updates, and address technical queries.* Team Leadership & Mentoring: Leading a small team of analysts and associates, allocating work, conducting quality reviews (zero-defect focus), and providing coaching.## **YOUR PROFILE*** Technical Proficiency: Strong expertise in the specific technologies being customized (e.g., Java, SQL/PLSQL, or specific ERP systems).* Adaptability & Problem-Solving: Ability to solve open-ended problems where solutions are not explicitly published, and adapting standard operating procedures (SOPs) for non-standard, custom requests.* Communication & Collaboration: Excellent ability to interface with global client case teams and manage client relationships, ensuring trust and smooth execution.* Risk Management: Proactively identifying risks related to customized design, resource gaps, or technical constraints.Sogeti Ireland is an equal opportunity employer.
