Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Group Head of Sales. The Group Head of Sales will be responsible for setting up systems, managing and growing sales accounts, driving sales performance, and overseeing the sales team. The candidate will also be expected to develop sales strategies, analyse market trends, and ensure overall customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
* Previous Senior Hotel Sales Management 3/4 Years
* Proven experience in Account Management
* Excellent Analytical Skills to evaluate market trends and sales performance
* Team Management Skills to lead and inspire a sales team
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and remotely
* Experience in the hospitality or tourism sector is an advantage
Requirements:
* This role will involve - local, national and international travel - full drivers license and passport will be required.
* Right to work in the EU.
* Good knowledge of the Island of Ireland corporate landscape.
* A focus will be placed on corporate and events for this role.
Location:
This role is based in the border region - which is ideal for strong candidate based north or south of Ireland.
This is an on th road job - with presence in office one day per week.
