About the Role
As a business development professional, you will be empowered to take charge of your territory and manage client relationships. No two days will be the same in this role, as you will alternate between field-based work and office collaboration. Your journey will begin with comprehensive training, which includes classroom learning and on-the-job experience with experienced mentors.
This training program is designed to provide you with a strong technical understanding of products and help you develop the commercial mindset needed to sell effectively. You will also have opportunities for continuous training and skill development, including sales skills and leadership training.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive to client sites, demonstrate products, and sell directly to customers
* Collaborate with team members in the office, calling customers to find new business opportunities and nurture existing relationships
