The Ardilaun Hotel is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Duty Manager to join our team. As a Duty Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel and ensuring the highest standards of service for our guests.

Responsibilities
* Work with the management team to ensure smooth running of the hotel operation
* Foster a welcoming and hospitable environment for guests.
* Address guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance overall satisfaction
* To ensure that all staff conduct themselves in accordance to the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) manual and hotel policy
* Ability to direct the team in all operational departments in their day to day duties
* A strong presence on the floor with a hands on approach
* Assist the Head of Department to continually improve the procedures and systems
Professional Requirements and Experience:
* Proven experience in hotel management or a related field.
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Knowledge of hotel operations, reservation systems, and customer service principles.
* Availability to work flexible hours, including late night, early morning and weekends.
