In this high-impact role, you’ll lead marketing strategy and execution across Europe and the USA - crafting powerful campaigns, translating innovation into compelling messaging, and building a visible, differentiated global brand. You’ll be hands-on, fast-moving, and laser-focused on results, with full ownership of driving awareness and leads in key global markets.

You’ll collaborate closely with sales teams, inspire internal marketing talent, and help shape the future of creative and digital marketing services.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Designing and executing international marketing strategies that elevate our global brand.
* Leading multi-channel ABM and demand-gen campaigns that fuel a qualified pipeline.
* Launching innovative new services and translating complex tech into compelling go-to-market stories.
* Aligning marketing initiatives with commercial goals in Europe and the US.
* Partnering with cross-functional teams to bring digital and AI innovations to life.
What You Bring:
* 7+ years in B2B marketing (3+ in a leadership role), ideally in creative or digital services.
* Proven success in North American and European markets.
* Expert knowledge of modern marketing trends, tools, and tech.
* Strategic mindset with a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude.
* Experience commercialising new service offerings is a major plus.

Remote-first (Ireland based), with occasional international travel (20%) for client meetings, industry events, and internal collaboration.
