Together, we are changing the way manufacturers operate at multinational companies around the world.Are you ready for something different?Due to continuing expansion, WrxFlo is looking for a driven and talented person to join our growing team.Overview / Role PurposeWe are seeking an experienced Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead all revenue-generating functions across Manufacturing, Logistics, Partner channels, and New Logo acquisition. This individual will be responsible for designing, scaling, and executing our full commercial strategy. The ideal candidate brings a strong track record of scaling revenue in high-growth technology/SaaS environments and a proven “black book” of industry contacts.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the full revenue strategy across Expand (existing accounts), Partner channels, and New Logo acquisition.Build, scale, and manage high-performing Sales, SDR, CSM, and Partner teams.Define revenue targets, forecasting frameworks, and operational excellence standards.Create and optimise scalable go-to-market processes for manufacturing and logistics verticals.Work directly with the CEO on commercial strategy, market positioning, pricing, and competitive analysis.Drive a data-led approach to revenue growth, pipeline management, and performance reporting.Represent WrxFlo at industry events, leveraging an established network (“black book”) to build partnerships and accelerate access to enterprise decision-makers.Ensure strong alignment between sales, marketing, product, and implementation teams.Requirements10+ years in revenue leadership roles, ideally in SaaS, industrial tech, or enterprise technology.Proven experience scaling an early-stage or high-growth tech company.Deep understanding of sales processes in manufacturing, logistics, or industrial markets.Experience leading multi-function revenue teams (Sales, SDR, AE, CSM, Partnerships).Demonstrated success expanding existing accounts while driving new business acquisition.Strong commercial acumen, financial modelling capability, and board-level communication skills.A strong network of industry contacts (a genuine “black book”) relevant to manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain technology.Why Join WrxFlo?Cutting-edge SaaS platform technologyRapidly growing company with an international client base and global partnersInternational team: Ireland, UK, India, China, USACompetitive salary and 21 days annual leave, plus an extra day to celebrate you on your birthdayFlexible work environment to support work–life balance – hybrid position (Dublin city centre office with 2 days from home)Ongoing professional development and career advancement opportunities, with 5 days dedicated to Learning and DevelopmentCompany team-building events, monthly Sales team events, and awardsPension & Healthcare package available from your first dayPositive, collaborative work environmentApplicants must have the permanent right to live and work in Ireland.
