OverviewWe are seeking a meticulous Salesforce QA Developer to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with developers, administrators, and business analysts to design and execute effective test plans that support high-quality, scalable business solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain test cases and scripts for Salesforce functionality and integrationsPerform manual and automated testing across Salesforce Clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.)Validate data integrity, workflows, user interfaces, and automation processesSupport functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testingCollaborate with developers to identify, log, and retest defectsEnsure full testing coverage for both declarative and programmatic components (Flows, Apex, LWC)Contribute to continuous improvement of QA practices, tools, and documentationParticipate in Agile ceremonies and support release readiness activitiesParticipate in Salesforce development tasks as part of the development team including the design and build of APEX code and FlowsRequired Skills & Experience2–4 years of QA experience, with at least 1 year working on Salesforce projectsStrong understanding of Salesforce configuration, data model, and automation featuresExperience with testing tools such as Provar, Selenium, or similar automation frameworksProficiency in writing and executing SOQL queries for data validationExcellent analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skillsFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum methodologiesMust be based within a commutable distance to Dublin with the relevant Visa in place to start a new role.Nice to HaveExperience testing Salesforce Flows, Apex triggers, and API integrationsKnowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud or Sales CloudSalesforce certifications (Administrator, App Builder, or QA-focused)Experience with CI/CD or test automation tools (e.g., Copado, Jenkins, GitHub Actions)EducationBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
