The Role
* Maintain patient/resident confidentiality at all times.
* Assist patients with all activities of daily living.
* Conduct assessments, plan, implement, and evaluate Healthcare programs for patients according to professional standards.
* Manage patient care to ensure the highest professional standards, utilizing a personalized approach.
* Communicate and coordinate with patients, staff, and family members to provide the best possible care.
* Participate actively in multidisciplinary healthcare teams and work collaboratively as part of the team.
* Keep accurate records of assessments, interventions, and communications related to patients.
Required Degree
* FETAC/QQI Level 5 qualification in Healthcare. All 8 modules must be included.
