Orthopaedic Sales Specialist, Endoscopy & Sports Medicine, responsible for driving sales and business growth within the Sports Medicine and Endoscopy product portfolio.
Location: Greater Dublin area
As a Sales Representative for Tekno Surgical, you will be responsible for driving sales and business growth within the Sports Medicine and Endoscopy product portfolio. Covering Dublin and other key accounts, you will develop strong relationships with surgeons, theatre staff, and hospital procurement teams to promote and support Stryker’s cutting-edge medical technologies.
Working closely with an experienced Sales Representative, you will actively engage in customer education, ensuring high levels of product adoption and satisfaction. You will also play a key role in identifying new business opportunities while providing exceptional service to existing customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop the skills and knowledge required to become a high-performing sales representative.
* Drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities within Sports Medicine and Endoscopy.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, theatre staff, and hospital stakeholders.
* Manage and support customer accounts, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction.
* Provide in-theatre support, training, and guidance on the safe and effective use of Stryker’s Endoscopy and Sports Medicine solutions.
* Oversee stock management, including consignment levels, instrument requirements, and loan kit coordination.
* Deliver product demonstrations and workshops to surgeons, nurses, and theatre practitioners.
* Collaborate with senior sales colleagues to support major sales opportunities and strategic initiatives.
Territory & Team Collaboration:
This role covers Dublin and other assigned accounts within the region. You will work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment alongside experienced Sales Representatives, supporting business growth and ensuring best-in-class customer service.

* Self-motivated, results-oriented, and eager to develop in a competitive sales environment.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Previous sales or business experience is an advantage but not essential.
* Strong IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office.
* Customer-facing experience with a proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
* Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and take on new challenges.
