Location: Al Vesuvio Restaurant - Temple Bar, Dublin
Responsibilities:
* Assist the Head Chef in food preparation and cooking tasks
* Specialize in Italian cuisine and crafting authentic Italian pizzas
* Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation
* Ensure kitchen cleanliness and adherence to safety standards
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to streamline operations and deliver exceptional dining experiences
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Pizza Chef in a reputable restaurant or pizzeria (minimum experience: 3 years)
* Proficiency in Italian cuisine and traditional pizza-making techniques
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Strong attention to detail and passion for culinary excellence
* Excellent teamwork and communication skills
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
