Part-Time Accounts Professional
We are seeking an experienced accounts professional to join our team as a Part-Time Accounts Assistant.
This permanent role offers a three-day working schedule and is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking flexible, part-time work.
The key duties of this position include:
* Debtor and creditor reconciliation
* Preparation of monthly bank reconciliations
* Analysis, reconciliation, and posting of credit card payments and other charges
* Preparation of VAT and RTD returns
* Assisting with internal and external audit queries
* Preparing and presenting reports to the Finance Manager as required
In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be required to perform various other accounting administration tasks as needed.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Previous experience in accounting is essential
* A strong understanding of MS Office, particularly Excel, is essential
* Be a reliable, professional, and highly motivated individual
* Have strong numerical and analytical skills
* Possess a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality
Detailed knowledge of accountancy software packages, such as Sage or Collsoft, would be considered a desirable skill.
